Our Philosophy

For the past twent-four years, the most prominent sign in our store has read "People like to come here and talk, and we take the time to listen."

Well, we've listened hard. And happily, what we're hearing is that people are taking better care of themselves - and their pets - than ever before. Pet owners are becoming increasingly aware of the hazards of "heavy duty pesticides". They're reading labels, considering ingredients, and making intelligent choices about the products they allow in to their lives.

We're all realizing that, while good health is possible to achieve the "natural" way, it requires taking action about how we live and what we eat.

At Shampoochez, we've been staunch advocates of natural pet products since we first opened our doors in 1983. In 1986 we developed our own line of safe and effective alternatives to flea control.

Due to the great response to Shampoochez' products plus requests from many of our customers, we have expanded our line to include natural, holistic, homeopathic and herbal remedies. Our products are manufactured exclusively for us under our strict supervision.

We believe that it's time we all renewed our commitment to environmental responsibilities, and to using products that will comfortably reintegrate into our world, instead of altering it.

At Shampoochez, good service, credibility, and caring are important to us. As pet lovers, we think about our connection with animals - not only those who share our homes, but those who are endangered around the world.
